For the last two weeks Lukas and I have been in Arizona. I had the most amazing work retreat, met some amazing co-workers, and learned so much about my company. I love being a part of a great team and working hard for a company I believe in. I am so blessed to have a job I love!
Chad was able to break away from school for a week and he joined us out in the desert. So the second week we visited family and friends. It was so nice to see family and friends but BOY was I glad to be back in the FALL weather. Living in Arizona for so long desensitized me to the seasons. I have to tell ya.... I love fall! The change in the trees, the cool weather, hot tea, scarfs, and cozy slippers.
Anyways... here are some photos from our trip.
Lukas at the Phoenix Zoo
He played so hard at the Zoo he fell asleep
We were able to go to Lake Havasu City for awhile and visit Grandma and Grandpa Silvey or to Lukas Great Grandma and Great Grandpa.
Four generations of Silveys.
We took Lukas on his first boat ride. Looks like he enjoyed himself.
Lukas got a new hiking back pack. Now he can blaze the trails with us.
We were able to visit with all of Chad's family at Aunt Pam's house. All of Lukas' cousins LOVED seeing him. Keira especially. She taught him all about princesses and castles.
Beautiful morning for a wagon ride on the golf course.
